Chef Akeeno Clarke
During his studies of Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as the Culinary Arts in which he earned his degrees he was accepted to study and train under Chef Santos Manuel Perez in Ibiza Spain at the Palladium Palace Hotel. It was there through cultural diversity and the finest of spices and flavors his love for the industry forever left its mark. He has worked with top Chefs in 5 Star restaurants from Rouch Harbor Washington to the mountains of Park City Utah. After 15 years of honing his craft he is ready to bring his expert knowledge, skills and passion for food to the next level. Being a personal chef, he brings that extra special touch to every ingredient that you and your guests will never forget.

Chef Andreas Burtscher
Chef Andreas Burtscher found his calling early, growing up in a family of chefs. He spent most of his childhood summers in and around his father's kitchen, which ultimately inspired him to be a chef. With over 10 years of culinary experience, Andreas has worked alongside many great chefs, spending time at The Grand Hotel in Mackinac Island, Michigan, opening multiple restaurants in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a brief tenure at Alinea in Chicago. His passion is creating vibrant, delicious meals using high-quality local and seasonal ingredients.
