CHEF AKEENO CLARKE

My Story

Akeeno Clarke was born in Jamaica and found a passion for cooking in his youth. He worked his way through college in some of Jamaica's finest hotels and restaurants including. The Grand Palladium, where they are known for their exquisite service. During his studies of Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as the Culinary Arts in which he earned his degrees he was accepted to study and train under Chef Santos Manuel Perez in Ibiza Spain at the Palladium Palace Hotel. It was there through cultural diversity and the finest of spices and flavors his love for the industry forever left its mark.

 

He has worked with top Chefs in 5 Star restaurants from Rouch Harbor Washington to the mountains of Park City Utah. After 15 years of honing his craft he is ready to bring his expert knowledge, skills and passion for food to the next level. Being a personal chef, he brings that extra special touch to every ingredient that you and your guests will never forget. Trust us your taste buds will Thank you for it!
